The $38M ARP question

$38 million. That is what Trumbull County received in federal American Rescue Plan money.

Voters deserve a complete, plain-language accounting of where that money went. What was funded. What wasn't. How the decisions were made and who made them. That's not a partisan question. It's a basic accountability question, and it belongs on the record.

As commissioner, I'll make sure that accounting exists, is public, and informs how the county handles the next round of outside money, because there will be a next round.
